The away kit did look a tad navy; it looks darker where Warburton is modelling it. It looks quite good if I'm honest, I'm tempted to get it. How much do you reckon, £200.00 ? ??

Really like the change top. Not overly keen on the first choice kit because of the white bit. The kit after the WC does look better though.

Looks dark blue in the photos, but the press release says it's black. If it is black, it'll sell like hot cakes.

Re: WALES RWC 2011 KIT
i want to see it in standard fit, not the authentic ones as i doubt i can afford to spend £90 on the authentic (although i would like too)

Re: WALES RWC 2011 KIT
not a fan of the underarmour logo and where it's placed on the shirt, the one after the WC I agree with others does look better. Might actually get myself one, haven't had a new shirt since 2005, so why not.

Like the "BRAINT" on the collar. Let's hope the players act & perform like it is a privilege

It means privelage. What's the word on the away collar? I can't make it out

I reckon a tight game will get you comfortably qualified from your pool. The reason you keep losing to Fiji is getting drawn into their style and trying to chuck it about willy nilly. Have a bit of patience and the pool is yours with SA.

Thanks for the tip. If i were the coach I would definitely take your advice...Gatland, however will probably not...

Gatland seems to be happy to play the boring game. I think the Welsh pack has come on leaps and bounds. The issue is utilising the backline properly. They have few if any decent first phase attacks which I think is the biggest issue.
Re: WALES RWC 2011 KIT
Just been out for lunch, popped in to the shops - I LOVE IT 8)
Shall be purchasing both RWC shirts
The word on the collar of the alternate shirt is indeed CYMERIAD.

Re: WALES RWC 2011 KIT
Can anyone who has seen the shirts confirm (apart from the tight fitting) the differences between the two versions (supporters V Pro)
Are the rubber dragon scales on the supporters version or are they "drawn in" like on previous shirts!!
Unfortunately im a long way from Wales so I have to buy my shirts via mail order!!

I'd say the dragon scales are more rigid on the 'Pro' shirt, whereas on the supporters shirt they're more drawn-in

Cheers, yeah my first UA Wales shirt was the Pro version and the dragon scale "grip" was actual rubber, whilst last season I went for the supporters version and they were just a pattern on the shirt!!
The rubber grip helps when carrying 5 pints from the bar to your table!!

Can't see faceache in work, but I would think the training gear will be widely available as they are for sale on the WRU site now

Tis nice though Kultschar.
I'm a bit of a cabbage, but I like the words they put on the collars. Even last years.
Thank frig it's my 30th soon. I reckon I can wrangle two tops. (probably get the Red Six Nations top and the Black WC top).

Thanks for that link Cari. Really like our away kit for the world cup but all year round one is ruined by the big Admiral logo across the front. Shame we can't have one like the All Blacks kit.

It's not so much the logo, it's just that it's a logo in general. Looks far better off without one. You'd think Admiral might be contempt with their share of billboards at the stadium.

Do you think they put that on there to make Henson realise that he's privileged to wear it?

Nice regional split there. Well played WRU.
Just a shame they made a hash up of the release with this "like to reveal squares" farce.

It's a shame we'll only get to see it in three matches at the world cup...
