What will happen to the Networks? Empty What will happen to the Networks?

Does anyone have any information on how the Networks are going to survive after their funding (at £30k per year for each Network of around six clubs, less the cost of paying around £10k pa for a Network co-ordinator) stops next year and they are then supposed to be self sufficient?

As I understand it, continued funding may be provided where it can be proved that previous funding has created "a significant benefit" which has increased coaching, participation and competition standards? Is this happening or will some or all the Networks fold unless they can access outside funding/sponsorship?

Copernicus, You might get some responses on here, but mainly we talk about the actual athletics and not the politics of the sport.

Worth posting the same question on Athletics Weekly and Athletics Daily. You´ll get plenty of people there wanting to talk about this and 2 different viewpoints.
