I'm expecting Master Minded to win this.

Looks like a real cracker with 3 or 4 having winning chances.Reigning champ Big Zeb has obvious claims as he just adores the Festival and he looks sure to go well.Master Minded has been rejuvenated this season and at his very best he would almost certainly be the victor,slight question over his last run but maybe the bad ground and ill judged ride flattered Somersby.If the form of that race is gospel then Somersby himself has to come into the reckoning,good previous Festival efforts and the strong pace will see him finishing to good effect.
If forced into a selection then slight preference is for MASTER MINDED.A bigger priced ew alternative is TATANINANO,he will come into the Festival as fresh as paint,will love the usual better ground and if he gets loose on the front end i can see him taking some pegging back.

this is quite an interesting race this year. in the past out of the 4 championship races this has had the least interest to me but could well be an intriguing race. ive got 3 horses on the brain at the moment - masterminded, somersby and mad max. id probably go in that order as my top 3
