Wales pre world cup preperations

Watching the cricket highlights on 5 and there's an advert for a new TV show starting soon with.....Gavin Henson.
So this is a question to the welsh on here how do you think this is going to affect the teams prep and training if has to pop off and do a publicity show and miss training session?

Has the ego landed again?

He has already done it prior to the Training camps. It made no difference.

I personally couldn't care less, if he plays well on the pitch that is all that matters. Its no different to the myriad of Rugby players who have also done the same. Matt Stevens did it on Celebrity X Factor in 06 while playing for Bath RFC.

And what a lovely voice he had too. Great to see multi talented players broaden themselves outside of rugby.

Did'nt know it had been Pre-recorded so to speak. but will he have to do the whole talkshow thing to get it going.

Would love to see him hit the hights of the early to mid 90's as he was something else with the ball in hand.

But is it going to cause any changing room discord as has happened before?

And maybe Safe as Milk aka Cyril should off for once? How does that sound me old china?

I presume he's giving all the proceeds to charity since it's being compared with Stevens on X-factor

I think we know the answer to that.

Matt Stevens did it on Celebrity X Factor in 06 while playing for Bath RFC.

No he didn't. He had a long-term shoulder injury that prevented him from playing. He occupied his time with X factor while recovering - slightly different from Henson who chose celebrity over playing rugby.
