You might want to put a weakened team out away from home in week 2 Nick. Give the boys a rest during that hard opening run

Re: Fantasy Aviva Premiership Season 4 homepage
during the World Cup period I have...
Saracens v London Wasps
Bath Rugby v Saracens
Saracens v Worcester Warriors
Leicester Tigers v Saracens
Exeter Chiefs v Saracens
Saracens v Newcastle Falcons
Difficult to call who will be strong during the first few weeks of the season, but I'd say that Tigers and Falcons are potentially very very tough fixtures.

Heres a question.
When injuries come around will they be based on the amount of game time played by players with a bit of a random factor as well like last year?

I think it's unlikely Strauss will go Mat, BDP, Smit and Chilliboy will be the 3 hookers in the squad.

Strauss and Coonie are big outside bets really. Chill seems to be ahead of Strauss with some really good impact performances and Beast/Steenkamp seem likely to go as LH's.

Re: Fantasy Aviva Premiership Season 4 homepage
My whole team is dependent upon whether Joe Simpson makes the WC squad, be interesting to see the England team this weekend and whether he makes the bench or not...imagine they will want to give Care and Flood a game together.
Also hearing that Halfpenny might not make it...
Tuilagi is definitely oging now, so its good old Lualala in the backline for me, just working out best 12 I have as a partner for him.

Not really but it's good to keep Foden on his toes, he's a class above Armitage though I think

Re: Fantasy Aviva Premiership Season 4 homepage
No chance, Foden is head and shoulders above Armitage - though not a bad second option to have and must be a bench player as can cover wings, 13 and 15...
I think Johnson knows who is going to start and its a case of him sorting out a few other issues, he wont change from -
1. Sheridan
2. Hartley
3. Cole
4. Lawes
5. Palmber
6. Croft
7. Moody
8. Easter
9. Youngs
10. Flood
11. Cueto
12. Hape
13. Tins
14. Ashton
15. Foden
Players under threat for me are Sheridan and Cole with re-emergence of Stevens, Moody for Haskell and the entire midfield.

i'd start with cole but stevens must be close for a spot. good impact player too.
i would say delon on top form is at fodens level but foden is more consistent and has a better temper. i may be slightly biased but reckon matt may agree with me on that one?!

Re: Fantasy Aviva Premiership Season 4 homepage
When Foden is on top form I'd say he was better than Armitage - he's turned into one of those players that gets the whole crowd excited each time he gets the ball.
Armitage can be great, but I'd always want Foden in my England team. I'm thinking that we might need to move Cueto on quite soon - could Armitage start on the wing, is he good enough positionally to play there? As he'd give the same sort of game that Cueto offers, but he can score tries too!

yeh agree there foden on top form is better, hes better than most on top form though. best in NH.
wouldnt start Delon on the wing although he can do a good job there.

who would you have on the wing? i think Cueto adds some balance to the back three but he just doesnt score tries and I dont think you can have a winger at international level who does that

See Sharples coming in more over the next year or so, he's progressed beyond sight. Could be a great partner for Foden/Ashton

No, I used to be riot trained but gave it up about 4 years ago. Friends of mine from my force have been sent up there to assist though. My eldest daughter was a t a rehearsal for a show in Croydon this evening which had to be cut short and everyone got out in a hurry. Worrying times mate.

We had riots in Bristol a few months ago. They were idiots and police should have been heavier handed. Armitage is the equal of foden but his attitude stinks.armitage has a kicking game which foden does not have
