Italy were forced to come from behind at half-time to beat Japan 31-24 in a World Cup warm up Test in Cesena on Saturday.

The Azzurri trailed 17-14 at half time before two second half tries courtesy of their experienced front row saved the day.

I'd rather watch this then France v Italy, can watch that game once a year every year at least. These games are a rare treat.

you can watch both games I am, just close the browser around the screen, and watch them on top of each other. When there is a lull in play look at the other one

Japan look as though they may of woken up at last!
Great period of pressure results in a deft chip and run on try from their winger.

Japan have caught fire now, and are cutting Italy to pieces, scintilating back play with miss passes, dummies, and finally their 13 slicing the Italian defence results in a try, great game so far.

Game on, Japs looking like they will run from anywhere!

Japan look like a rabbit stuck in headlights and were 2 tries down before theyd touched the ball, but they have come storming back with 2 of their own and are putting the Italians under pressure.

This Japanese 13 is pretty handy. Runs some nice lines.

Their really going for Italy's throat aren't they.
Great game though both sides are trying to run, I think Japan may just sneak it, but their have terrible lapses in defence.

Yeah some of the Italian forwards are looking shatterd. Carrying a bit more weight then their counter numbers. Could play in to Japans hands the last 15-20 mins.

Poor scrum from Japan there on the Italian try line, lapses cost them dear.

Bah, looks like i'm wrong. Italians showing pure grunt to score a good try there. Castro has been good since coming on.

Yeah Italy brought on the big hitters now, and are over powering Japan.

What a shame. Great build up, and the maul even went well for them. Good vision from Alderidge.

penalty try for Japan, driving maul that blew the Italians away, never expected Id see that, lol!

Two good mauls in a row there. Italians need to work on that with their forward section being as strong as it is. Good call by the ref too.

I love the way its end to end and the way both teams are throwing it around.

31-24 end to end game, fantastic match and even better half time entertainment, courtesy of the stunner in the gold mini skirt.

Fantastic after match scenes too, Japan and Italy players together walking children round the pitch in a lap of honor. Having swapped jerseys.
Fair play the Japanease always enjoy themselves.
