Great song, legendkillar. Hundred Reasons were a good little band. My favourite song of their was 'The Great Test.' 7/10 for this one, although I'm tempted to deduct a point because you compared the Coral to Cast. The Coral are great - Cast sucked eggs big time!

lol I compared them based on musical style. Coral were made up by some of the legends from The La's. Cast faced an uphill battle line up wise in comparison. Cast were more melody based like Coral.

Maybe another performer could sell that to me. Tom Jones delivery makes my skin crawl

There's a very tender, sensitive, beautiful melody hidden somewhere inside that song and Jones seems to miss the point. It's slick but empty; no real emotion invested in it. I don't believe him. Where's the feeling? Where's the conviction? So am I rating the performer or the song? The song is a solid 6/10, the performance is 2/10.
