If the exchange is agreed you take out that player you've exchanged and add the player you've brought in to your list of players.

I do rate Nannes, Liam, however Southee is a very big hitter that could salvage me some vital runs at the end of an innings, and also is a tidy bowler. Regretfully I'm going to have to decline.

Vijay is Indian though, another foreigner means one of my others has to drop out. Good Indians are valuable.

That is where my side is sadly lacking Fists. I have some quality overseas players, but good Indians is where I fall down!

Yeah it is important to keep a nucleus of good Indians, been as they have to play.

Of course some players would be ample compensation for them, players like Jesse Ryder...
