Garry Cook Resigns
While it took him long enough I still can't help feel sorry for him, this happened a year ago and after he and City refused to pay part of Nedum Onuahas wages so he could go on loan to Everton this suddenly comes out. If his mother was so hurt and offended why did it take so long to report and why was she able to deal with him in regards to her sons future up until the point she didn't get what she wanted?
Can't help but feel this is a case of a woman scorned

I have no sympathy for a man like him. He knew what he was doing when he sent it, to mock someone with cancer is disgraceful.

He's an absolute Kumquat.
First for taking the urine out of her, and then completely denying he sent the e-mail after it was leaked because he lacks any balls.

I am not a fan of his or Citys(Utd man) but it seems this was her way of getting rid of someone who she felt had gotten in her way and she manipulted her condition for her and her sons benefit

I thought Peter Kenyon was the complete idiot until this gimp came along. Good riddance.

What a fool -- not just for the act, but then the denial. It was clear it was him from the moment the story broke. The colloquial nature of the email and the fact that I myself have clicked 'reply all' before and included those who shouldn't have been included....

Basically him admitting he did it. He'll just get another job somewhere else though.

Re: Garry Cook Resigns
You only have to read about his alleged shenanigans to guess that he probably sent the email himself.
Looks like he bottled it...a bit like AC Milan over the proposed Kaka deal, eh Garry?!
