Let's not forget this guy has played a big part in developing a lot of the current & future Wales stars. I think the Scarlets will make a Pro12 playoff place this season & challenge or the title.

To name a few of these players there are:

Jon Davies
George "chuck norris" North
Tavis Knoyle
Scott Williams
Rhys Priestland
Ken Owens
Josh Turnbull
Rob McCusker

Yes the Scarlets academy is doing well, but then so is every other Welsh academy, all of them are churning out quality young players, while Gatland should be commended for giving these guys a chance for Wales.

yes all are going well apart from rgc, at u18's level, 2 u16 capped players have left to lecister, 3 rgc players to sale sharks, 1 to gloucster and 2 to widnes (league)

WRU need to sort out rgc seriously all other regions are going well they really need to sort us goggs out
