Boks over the hill
First topic message reminder :

PDV calls it experience, Lynagh takes a different view. Can Boks rewrite history or will Wales herald a mass retirement?

Well, i guess we will see tomorrow morning, If the Boks are over the hill, as been suggested. then Wales will win and win comfortably.
I am not one of Wales best fans, But in any case it is know different if you know you have not performed,

How do you infer from the reported views of an Australian ex-International (that the Boks may be past their best) that the Welsh will win, or that anyone is claiming that the Welsh will win?
Apologies if I have misunderstood madge (I only speak English, a little French and a little Welsh so I may be misconstruing what you are trying to say in whatever language it is you write in.)

Yeah Fa Im in the same boat there. I just wanted Italy to pressure Oz. Oz base their game on confidence as thats their nature. In the end it doesnt matter what they say before the match.
Deans main goal without admitting it is to get out of pool play without injury to the top flite 5 or 6 players. Whether they admit it or not the game breakers will be the usual suspects. Have been all year- and last year.
They've got more support now but those players are irreplacable so injuries from a 50 nil win in pool play is not good for them, as its not for any team but Oz a drawing a finer line.
And the opposition teams will know it. Whether Oz can come out like Brisbane in 3 knockout matches in a row after using the same team for at least two months by then is questionable. Its a huge Deans risk because in one game it could all come undone- players being stretched just a bit too far.
Come final time, if they're there, they could be drained.

IF we`re honest ALL fans want to see,the pool stage over, win your group
without injuries.
If you can get momentum with good wins fine, BUT winning is ALL that matters.
How you win does`nt matter.it should but it does`nt.with the number of penalties being awarded.
The boks have every chance of winning, and Morne Steyn top scorer.

Do you think you could assist me with the formula of splitting an atom under controlled conditions as well, and also particle acceleration, have always been struggling with those.
Meant to say Biltong. We had a fulla here that could tell you that- Ernest Rutherford. ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ernest_Rutherford ) But he's passed now. Still on our 50 dollar note though...
"He is widely credited with first "splitting the atom" in 1917 in a nuclear reaction between nitrogen and alpha particles"
Just in case you were serious...

No, not really I was just giving the man a little sarcasm, him stating the obvious without really making a point.

Yea i know. Was following. Its just that particular example that strikes with us kiwis. Rutherford being probably one of our smartest. Just glad he wasnt around to witness the unfortunate fruits of his labour in 1945.
Anyway. Off topic.
Oz won well in the end. These half time turnarounds are getting very comnon it seems.
