Re: best cb40 side of the season
Another strange team, which either shows you have not watched followed much CB40 circket this season, or you are at the wind up, AGAIN!
Either way I will bite.
In your top six only Roy is in the top twenty of run getters in the competition, most of them are not even in the top forty. You select Cross, despite him averaging only 33 with the bat and not scoring a ton. While you ignore Mustard, O'Brien, Davies, Bairstow, Kieswetter and Read who have all performed better this season.
In the bowling front you by-pass the best 25 wicket takers in the competition.

Cf you have already created quite a few threads regarding this.you could have just updated your side in one of those threads rather than creating another thread.

Yeah, sometimes bats at 6 but has played most of his innings at the top.
Re: best cb40 side of the season
Have to say, I do find Cf's selection a bit odd, off the top of my head I could name a much better squad...

Roy actually bats at 3 in the CB40 for Surrey .

Re: best cb40 side of the season
He has batted at 3 for the majority of the CB40 and T20 competitions but has opened on occasion, he is equally capable in either position and in the one day game is much better in one of them. He bats 6 in the CC.
