Transfer Pendings
Open Monday - Wednesday. Three offers per team, per day.
The first window is from the morning up until 12:30pm, these will be answered before 1pm (dependant on my work load).
The second allows for offers from 12pm until 4:30pm which will allow me to answer offers before I leave work (once again work load dependant).
You can only counter offer another teams offer up until the point I have responded to the offer. I will not respond to any offers until the window is closed. if someone makes an offer just before the close of the window, the window for this player is extended by 1 hour from the point of the last offer.
ALL TP's must be in the following format:
TP: (i.e. the number of the TP from you daily allowance, 1,2 or 3)
Player: (i.e. Rooney aka the best striker in the Europe)
Team: (i.e. Manchester United aka Champ19ns)
Offer: (i.e. £35M)
Reason: (i.e. reason they would join)
TPs not in the correct format or outside the window will be ignored.
You cannot make a bid unless you already have the cash to complete the deal you must have the funds already, or have guaranteed funds arriving, to be able to finance the deal. (i.e. you cannot bid and then after bidding try to raise the funds by offering your players for sale).
Please Take Note of the Following
If a figure is agreed the transfer MUST be finalised, meaning paid in full. If the funds are not available the transfer will be delayed until 5pm that day.
Up to this time any team may attempt to hijack the deal by placing an offer on the table, I will assess this offer.
If the funds are raised before any other tabled bid has been received the original team will secure the player.
If no team bids and the funds are raised within the time the deal may go through.
If the funds are not raised and there are no further bids the player continues with his current club.
If another club bids and the origianal club has raised the funds before confirmation of the transfer I will assess the offers but the Original bidding Club will take preferance, thus most likely to secure the transfer.
If you cannot reach an agreement with the selling club within 3 negotiations the selling club will pull out of the deal.
If your offer is accepted you have 1 hour to confirm the transfer as the player and his agent will not hang around while other clubs could be interested.

Re: Transfer Pendings
If I'm owed an extra TP for the Dede issue then can I go with the following?
TP: 1
Player: Leandro Damião
Team: Sports Club Internacional
Offer: Adriano + 4m
Reason: Birmingham have several of the young Brazilian stars at the club so he can link up well with Jadson, Dede, Costa and Willian. Manager has promised that the team will be built around them as the future of the club. Adriano as PEX can return to his home country.

Re: Transfer Pendings
You have Dede, so I am not sure you are owed.
I know I said essentially you signed him from Fulham, but what happened is that I cancelled the Fulham TP signing.
Cheeky!!

Hero - Birmingham
Leandro Damião Offer:
Sorry, hes gaining interest. Adriano + £4m is not enough to have the bid accepted let alone convince the player to come to Birmingham.

Re: Transfer Pendings
What sort of figure would clinch it as I'd have to offload a player to raise extra funds?
In real life there's strong rumours he's joining Spurs in Jan so he's tempted by a move to the Premier League and not for a club in the Champions League. Add to that I have 4/5 fairly decent Brazil players in my squad and he should be interested.

Re: Transfer Pendings
Hero, IRL strong rumours suggest £16m to Spurs. But Ive also seen Arsenal, Barca and Juve rumours to be interested and apparently a German club. But yes Spurs are the most strongly linked.
Yes you do have Brazillian players in your squad but your League finishing position from Season 3 does not bode well for the transfer.
Unless you make a new offer negotiations will be ended

Everton:
19/20/2011
TP1
Ross Barkley
From: ???
To: Everton
Fee: 250k
Ross is an Everton player IRL. at the age of 17 he has been with Everton all his career since 2005 so around the age of 11.
This is why I feel an paym, ent of 250k is justified as that can pay his "contract fees".
Ross has great talent and we wish to bring more youth into the Everton team

Do we allow a payment up frnt and then the remainder to be paid after a certain amount of games?
If so I would offer an extra £10 mil (after 6 games)

Apostolos Vellios
From: Iraklis

Fee: 250k
Signed by Everton IRL last January from Iraklis for less than £60k. We offer more than this as it allows me to round my budget to a nice round number. We feel the opportunity to join Fulham, rather than stay in the Greek 2nd division should appeal.

Fulham
19/09/2011
TP2
Nicolas Anelka
From: Chelsea
To: Fulham
Fee: £3m loan fee (£7m future fee)
Reason: We at Fulham are also interested in Anelka, When players of his calibre become available, it's hard not to be. We can offer him the chance to stay in London and not move house. There is an established relationship between Fulham and Chelsea with the Kakuta loan, and can offer an overall package worth £10m

Re: Transfer Pendings
Everton:
19/20/2011
TP2
Kieran Gibbs
From: Arsenal
To: Everton
Fee: £4m
Reason: Gibbs is not getting the chances he deserves at Arsenal. Yes Baines (this league) has left but with their additions it is not looking good for him. Hes young and English, we want to get him in at Everton and get him playing, get him in the England national squad/team.
I can offer him dom cup games, some league to start with will increse and maybe an odd european match but if imprssing in the league more european matches and less dom cup.
Arsenal love to seel their players for cash, especially when the player doesnt cost them lots even better for them.
19/20/2011
TP3
Jack Wilshere
From: Arsenal
To: Everton
Fee: £12m
Reason: Once again Arsenal love to seel their players for cash, especially when the player doesnt cost them lots even better for them. The fee represents 100% profit for Arsenal as they did not pay 1p for him at the age of 9.
Wilshere is a good good player. Young and English we want to bring him to the Furious League Champions Everton. Or med staff are better than Arsenal so he wont have as many injury problems.
Wilshere will get week in week out matches and I can offer him Champions League football too.
Anyone can see Arsenals decline in recent years and this looks tp be getting worse not better for them. I feel Wilshere can see the rise of Everton and would really consider a move to Goodison Park as we can offer top football in europe and domestically, play with world class players and compete for trophies.

Re: Transfer Pendings
Gibbs - despite your claims and your obsession with Arsenal, they do not sell players for cash cheapily easily. They kept Cesc 2 years longer than he wanted to stay because they wouldn't accept cheap. Gibbs was previously quoted to Fulham for £10m, and this was when they had Baines. Gibbs is now their only back-up to Santos and you are going to now have to top this price. You would also have to guarantee being first choice as he would rather be on the bench at Arsenal than on the bench at Everton.
Wilshere - Wilshere has no intention of taking the step down from Arsenal to a Furious League team. He does indicate if you go a long way in the CL, and can also repeat your league success, then he may reconsider. Arsenal reject your offer as derisory

Re: Transfer Pendings
Name: Dimitar Berbatov
From: Man Utd
To: Stoke City
Fee: £5m Season loan with an option to buy end of season
We are offering Berbatov a chance to get his career back on track, I have always been a fan of the Bulgarian and would love to bring him. We only have Negredo and Kane as striker so we need another one and we also have European Football. We just want to give Berbatov the chance to play again.

Players: D.Drogba
Fee: 11m
To: Sunderland
Looks set to leave Chelsea pretty soon and with him getting older 11m seems like a good bit of money for him
TP: 2/3
Player: Stewart Downing
Fee: 15m
To: Sunderland
Now im not sure if he has left yet but if he hasnt we would welcome him to Sunderland with open arms.

Fernando Llorente

20mill
Reaching his peak and with atletic bilbao constantly finishing mid table, would be willing to move to a more ambitious club.

Re: Transfer Pendings
Fulham
Apostolos Vellios
From: Iraklis
To: Everton
Fee: 250k
Answer: I will come back to you on this one. I am waiting for my advisor to turn up. See I feel even tho is isnt in the Everton squad in this league IRl he is at Everton so should I really treat it like your buying him off Iraklis, I dont think I should but hence why Im waiting for my advisor.
Nicolas Anelka
From: Chelsea
To: Fulham
Fee: £5m loan, £9m FF
Answer: Declined. Chelsea dont want to lose the French striker at this part in the season even though the rumours say he will quit when his contract is up in the summer. Although they could be convinced.
But Anelka is not interested in a transfer to a team that finished bottom of the Furious League.
Bolton
Nicolas Anelka
Chelsea
£6m for the loan, with a 10m FF
Answer: Declined. Chelsea dont want to lose the French striker at this part in the season even though the rumours say he will quit when his contract is up in the summer. Although they could be convinced.
But Anelka is not interested in a transfer to a team that finished outside of European spots as he still feels he should be playing at the best level possible.
Aiden McGeady
£9m
Lille
Answer: Lille feel you are under-valuing the player and would require an improved amount for them to sell.
Aston Villa
Player: Leandro Damião
Team: Sports Club Internacional
Offer: 12mill + Amauri
Answer: Declined, with the teams interested and you League Finishing position it will take a considrably larger offer. Internacional may accept a larger cash offer but Damião will still turn down a move, he wants a club with a higher rep.

And then they accepted a lesser deal that been offered previously The best being something like £28m + three players on of which was Thiago Alcantara and another Jeffrén SuárezThey kept Cesc 2 years longer than he wanted to stay because they wouldn't accept cheap.

We feel that this is the best offer he will get. If in the future we receive an offer of 25mill or higher from lawyers from a big club we will let him leave.

Sunderland
TP: 1/3
Players: D.Drogba
Fee: 11m
To: Sunderland
Answer: Declined. Chelsea still value Drgoba in their squad and need him this season as the likes of Sturrige and Lukaku are not proven yet.
Aston Villa
TP 2
Fernando Llorente
Atletic Bilbao
20mill
Answer: Declined by the player. Very good offer which Athletic Bilbao will accept. But the player does not wish to leave a Europa club for a club who struggle to get European football. Make a flying start to the season and then come back.
Birmingham
Player: Leandro Damião
Team: Sports Club Internacional
Offer: £4m loan + £20m FF
Answer: Declined by the player. Although is does not match Internacional's valuation it is the best offer on the table so they will accept. But the player, Damião, has declined. He does not wish to play for a team which were 2 points off bottom of the table last term.

Player: Nathon Redmond
Team: Birmingham
Offer: 1m
Reason: A young talent who we want to take a punt on, we will sign the player then immediately send him back for a season loan so that the club can keep the player for longer and he can get some first team experience.
TP: 2/3
Player: Frankie Fielding + Mark O'Brien
Team: Derby
Offer: Addison + 3m
Reason: Addison is clearly liked at Derby, being a local lad. We want these two players from the club, and like the other deal will let the players stay on loan for the season at Derby.

Answer: Frankie Fielding first choice GK and is a talent. Mark O'Brien has made it into the first team nd replaced Addison (in this league world) so Derby would require an improved offer to sell two of their first team players and take back a player they have sold (loaned out IRL).

Re: Transfer Pendings
Player: Raphael Varane
From: Real Madrid
To: Sunderland
Fee: 3m season loan
TP: 1/3
Would be used in every cup match and may have the chance to get first team action. We can offer european football. We don't think he will play this season so were giving him a chance to get experience

Everton - 20/09/2011
TP1
Giorgio Chiellini
From: Juventus
To: Everton
Fee: £16m
Reason: There was a lot of speculation regarding Giorgio Chiellini and his future with The Old Lady. Yes The Old Lady is trying to rise again but Everton FC have risen and can offer much higher levels of football to Giorgio Chiellini. He can have instant CL football with us and a first team starting spot everu week.
His quality wont go a miss, he will be surrounded by world class players and help us march onto European and Domestic Glory.

TP1
Hulk
Porto
24m
the porto team is being ripped apart, with a number of their players already in this league, and others moving onto other european clubs, we are a team on the up with our end of season form indicating we could be in the hunt for european places
TP2
Sebastian Giovinco
Parma
7.5m
this represents a triple your money offer for the club, and the chance for the player to play with a higher calibre of players
tp3
Phillipe Coutinho
Inter
2M season loan with 5m FF
not ap[peared yet for inter, even with the injuries to first teamers stankovic and motta, we want to give him a fresh start in a new league and chance to try and force himself back into the new look brazil squad, the ff will only come into effect if coutinho still struggles to force himself into the inter team

Answer: Chiellini is certainly interested in the move as Juve have struggled recently and he is after CL football. Bonucci has also left, and although Juve have signed Gamberini, they would still need to go out and replace Chiellini. They also highlight that he is one of the best defenders in the world, just reaching his prime and therefore, you offer is a long way below what they would accept
