Di Canio wants players to dive...?

Somewhere between ridiculous and honest lives Paolo Di Canio.
I think he may have been being facetious here, and a little in the moment too, but I guess in a results business, honesty goes out of the window a bit...
Not that I condone what he is saying here at all, but if a player and team ends up being penalised by their own honesty I can see where a lot of frustration might creep in...

It is unfortunate that sometimes this does seem to be the case, that because players have stayed on their feet, no decisions have gone their way, although that I think is more at the fault of the original divers who have made referees look out for that.
Although if anybody else saw the Wolves/Newcastle game, Jamie O'Hara choosing to acrobatically dive, even though he was legitimately fouled, meant that he landed outside of the box and the referee gave a free-kick rather than a penalty.
