Hobo because you are new to the league, I will tell you this. Have a look at the rule page for the cup .

You select only a starting XI, no subs.
You do brief tactics, no more than 10 bullet points.
Your side must include 3 x Domestic players and 3x U21 players.
A domestic player is one who is eligible to play for the national team of the country your team is based (e.g. Fiorentina = Italy, Porto - Portugal)
An U21 is any player born on or after 1st October 1990
The domestic and U21s can be the same players.
You must show separatly who are your domestic players and who are your U21s.

Or better yet, have a look at how I've done tactics and the lay out.

Sorry Mr Scholes - will sort out now.

Also apologies on the caroll deal - I must have missed it.

Could I make a request that anyone who deals with me quotes the offer along with the acceptance.

Just makes it easier for me (and everyone else I would imagine)

Nicksaurus yes I am feeling dizzy and proper mashed.I feel like death today.

But I still think Ramsey is better, what I would say is that the Man Utd players have a better, winning, stronger mentality but on phsyical ability I would say Ramsey is better. Nick why you loving Cleverly so hard? He looks a good player so far but how many games has he played for us? Ramsey can tackle, run all day, pass, shoot he has the whole package.

Huntelaar + £3.0m for Carroll - happy with that deal

Suarez better through the middle but still very effective out right...Huntelaar gives them more to aim at

Fan - we will make up scorers and explanation.

All 3 of us are a bit busy at our real jobs this week, plus the delay to some tactics means we are well behind on things.

Vivaraptor I feel the same.

Ramsey can tackle, run all day, pass, shoot he has the whole package.
Laugh Viva, hate to tell you this but every football player can tackle, run all day, pass, shoot. Just some do it better than others.
Cleverly is the real deal. Can play anywhere across the midfield, have you watched his movement, superb I tell you and he a very good passer of the ball.

- No, I just attempted to mug you off because you seem to be a douche. Looks like your not and ill just have to go to CF and mug him off like whoever did with the Carragher deal Laugh

The two lotion boys are making me laugh, Nick and Afro.

Nick you are getting too hard over this Man Utd team, they have looked good but so many times they have been opened up so easy, I keep it real bruv. We are not as good as our fans think we are.

Fletcher, good at kicking players, putting them under pressure and being a marathon runner.

Carrick, world class at side ways passing, ask him to make a forward pass and he struggles more then 10 yards. No presence at all.

Anderson, joined backin 2007 with Nani, look at Nani best winger in the league. Anderson has showed glimpses here and there, but never been consistent enough.

Cleverley 23 and has just made the team now, I like him he has looked so far but he is not on Rambos level. Your too biased Nick.

Cant afford £47.5m though Wink

I like Ramsey, but from how he was before his serious injury. I am yet to see him back to that kind of form.

But I wasn't laughing at your ratings, more the fact that you rated Ramsey higher than all the Utd midfielders. It was like have Smartest Goon back online.

IMO
Fletcher > Ramsey
Carrick < Ramsey
Anderson < Ramsey
Cleverley < Ramsey

But that is based on what I saw before the injury. On current form, it's not so clear cut

Ok Fletcher is better then Ramsey that was just a joke but the other three he is better then on current form and any other form.

M'Vila > Vidal in a defensive midfield role
Vidal > M'Vila as a CM if you know what I mean

and you want Bonucci in a deal and I cant see any defenders from you I would want

over this Man Utd team, they have looked good but so many times they have been opened up so easy, I keep it real bruv. We are not as good as our fans think we are.
Viva, when did I mention the team? I was taking about Cleverly.
Anderson has showed glimpses here and there, but never been consistent enough.
He had a great 1st season, running Cesc off the pitch was a highlight. Injuries havent helped him but Im happy with him, think hes doing well now.
Cleverley is actually 22, I feel hes doing well. Do you understand how hard it is to break into a team let alone Manchester United? Not a lot of our kids get through nowadays. Look at the championship and lower league, littered with Man United trained youth.
Cleverley has had 3 season out on loan and worked hard to get the chance he has now.
Id rarther like him be bourght into the team at the age of 22 in the mould he has rarther then chuck him in as kid from the reserves at the age of 19. Unless there is some super talented Messi like player id rarther them go out on loan, have the hard slug and become a Prem standard player by 22 then push for a place.

Dont even mention the Class of 92 as Feruson will never get a bunch like that again, no team has or will, they were an exception.

Remember Kiren Gibbs getting chucked into the Arsenal team at a young age, slip and BOOM 1-0 Manchester United at the Emirates Champions League Semi Final. In fact, look at most of the young players Arsenal chuck in at a young age with no exp, it takes them years to get up to speed. Song was terrible when he was chucked in, Diaby was and still is. This season, Jenkinson big game red card, couldnt handle it, Pinpong another. Walcott, 1 hatrick for England and honestly......not a thing else in 5 years at a top club.
The little youth Chelsea bring up you dont see them chucked in, most are out on loan. Liverpool too. Totenham, some of them are being used now after their loan periods.

Viva, you need to recognise fam how hard it is for these kids to break through.
Arsenal are an example of using kids too early. Manchester United and Sir Alex Ferguson are an example of how its done.

Below is the Nick's league results, with scorers and every explanation received. Please note that the comments relate to the result that that manager voted for, which may not be the same as the overall result.

Liverpool 2-2 Benfica
Suarez 2; Nilmar, Cardozo

Liverpool boss the midfield area but fail to make it pay with not many options up front, Suarez is muscled out by the Brazilian defence. Two breakaway counterattack goals in the second half by Benfica
Liverpool set up for the counter against an attacking Benfica and snatched the lead only to be pegged back in the closing minutes
Pool Defense needs to be Tighter and More Stronger
i see this as a game were the attackers come out on top, i see weakness in the liverpool fullbacks reletive to the benfica attack, this will result in the wingers creating chances for nilmar and cardoza to get a goal each. As mentioned by YI the centreback partnership is a new one which saurez will take advantage off when they try to play offside, whether its his runs or releasing the wingers and following in
Close game but as the game wore on the quality of the Liverpool players came through and it was Suarez who got the goal. I feel that Liverpool need to stop exgerating the ability of thier players, Kelly and Enrieuq are normal speed not quick. Luis Nani is quick they couldn't keep up with him n terms of speed
think this one will be a tight one with both teams going for a relativly defensive line up, with quite strong midfields, with benfica's attacking players i feel they may just pinch it.

great game with both teams flooding midfield and not committing up front too much.
Nilmar for Benfica first followed by a late goal from Carroll in the dying minutes

Malaga 1-1 Lyon
Cazorla; Dempsey

A game of limited opportunities, both sides battled for domination and an early goal down the wing from Carzorla pipped it for Malaga. After that effectively closed down the game and Lyon struggled to break them down.

Lyon got over-run in midfield

Couldn't deal with Malaga's target man who supplied the chances for the midfielders around him

Lyon have Stronger Attack more chances in Opposition Half , just enough to break the Malaga Defense

The goal will come from a corner, i see this one being snuck by lyon in a close encounter, I just see them having a tad more in midfield and will shade the possesion, malaga will be well organised so the game settled on a set piece

Both teams have solid back 4’s and sturdy midfields and will create chances, I think though that Liverpool’s midfield will have the edge and nullify Benfica’s wide threat.

Malaga had the edge in this game but Lyon defended well and kept them away from most dangerous situations. I feel Lyon need to dip into the market but other then that very good tactically. Malaga very good on the wings, could try to bring in someone in the middle of the park

proberly going to be a tight game, lots of attacking flare for both teams, but both even out defensivley too

Great back and forward game with both midfelds getting stuck in. Malaga eventually win after Dempsey gets sent off.

Lyon just have too much going forward for Malaga to handle. I think they will dominate the middle of the park and dictate the play
Juventus 1-3 Lazio
Vucinic; Donovan 2, Pizarro

The loss of several big players for Juventus showed, Arshavin was poor throughout the game and failed to link play to the forwards and Chiellini left the game wondering what had happened to his once proud team.

The creativity in the side split Lazio open with consummate ease but lazio pull a late goal back after a blunder from aurelio

Very Tight Game Juventus Just seeing it Through with Better defense and more chances at the Lazio Goal

With tadei and krankjar the Juve midfield looks a bit light in players willing to get stuck and with the natural instincts to tuck in, will mean that juves shape isnt quite right, Lazio will take advantage of this

Juventus messed this up and lucky they are not playing one of the big teams, Pirlo struggled to play as a ball winning DM he got over run and if it wasn't for Cheillini and Buffon Lazio would have scored more. Juve need to sort our thier team big time.

with both Juve Going for a defensive sort of line up, with the extra man at the back they may be able to overcome the attacking might of Lazio, but with lazio having those extra attackers they may be able to hold out for a win

Surprise win for Lazio here who win against a negative Juventus. Juv go one nil down (Rochi) in the second half and as they push for an equaliser, concede a second to Pizarro on the counter attack

Juventus have bought poorly and lack pace and width, Lazio have some great workers and attack minded players. Other than Chiellini Juve’s back 4 is weak and will get exploited
