The QPR selection was made on ther basis they have better British players than Newcastle IMO, but nothing is set in stone

Okay, maybe if a manager wants to swap their team for any team outside the league that's fine, they keep the same budget? So if I was drawn QPR then I could have Newcastle/Sunderland etc.?

Budgets will be really important throughout the season, and your responsibluty will be to keep an up-to-date page on budgets, refelcting predo bonuses, transfers, foreign offers and releases.

Looks good Luke. So does that mean say im Man Utd i can only sign 1 player in the foreign window?

Are the budgets large enough? We don't want Messi signed for £10m or thereabouts.

I assume the idea for the clubs with zero budget is to sell players to other clubs but with all those foreign players out there, I'm not sure if I were Stoke manager, say, I'd be bothered about buying players already in the EPL.

Just wondering if more thought needs to be given to transfers and how they are going to work.

With money coming in for doing predos (and winning matches?), even with zero budget to begin with you'll start to build up cash reserves albeit slowly. Perhaps an increase in budgets?

I think we need to stop foreigns being signed too cheaply. Having minimum prices on players may sort that. Big job to make a list so perhaps a number of managers can decide at the time players are bid for. Or perhaps teams could submit closed bids for players via private messages to a central coordinator who can decide whether a bid may be enough or not. Where a player is bid for by more than one team, the minimum price is annouced and those clubs can start a bidding process from that price upwards.

Will we also have situations where a club such as Man City could bid Aguero for Sneijder say rather than cash with Aguero becoming available in foreigns?
