Noooooo! Get him back in NZ
There's a gig going in Wellington and in a year's time he can have the Hurricanes job. Onwards to the top job!

I'd like to see JK and Todd Blackadder team up.

I like that coaching team. And I get the feeling we're just about to see something surprisingly radical from the RFU.

Looks good on paper, but you cant just throw together a group of blokes and expect them to turn everything round, you need to select your head coach and let him pick the staff HE wants.
I think you should stick with Johnno myself, he has served his apprenticeship, just because France knocked you out of the world Cup doesn't mean you should have a knee jerk reaction and sack him, especially since you are actually 6 Nations champions.

Yes, the actual head coach will pick who he likes. I just think it's a decent combination.
I think MJ is going to pay the price for not making more radical changes to his coaching team. England had a good 6 months, but have slid back to mediocrity, and I think the criticism that many players go back to their clubs and look worse than before they had contact with the England coaching set-up is pretty damning.

Replace BM's suggestion of John Kirwan, break the bank and pay for Robbie Deans and let him choose the back staff.
EDIT
And with that you DO NOT NEED SCW.

Well, if there's one thing the RFU are, it's loaded. Whoever we go for, it won't be money that stops them coming.
It will be a shame to see MJ go in some ways, but I think we need a totally fresh start after the last 8 years. It won't take much to get the feel-good factor back in English rugby.
