Never mind
We went down fighting, well done Wales everyone back home is proud of you.
Things move on take it on the chin take all that anger-disappointment and express it on the field.
Also well done to Gatland and the rest of the back room staff.
And most of all well done France for reaching the Final.

Re: Never mind
Yes well done France.
I refuse to blame the ref, it was a silly tackle. If blame anyone it has to be the kickers.
I think the inability to execute drop goals has hurt us also this tournament in several games.
Gutted but proud, we should have won with 14 men and that says it all. Did France get near our try line?

They didn't have to. Uninventive as their game was today, they did everything required to close the game out. Yes, Wales could have won it at the end, but they showed tactical naivety when it mattered.

Re: Never mind
Thats it dogtooth, the lads must pick themselves up because Professional sport doesn't sit around and wait for teams,
the lads must man up now and show the pain next week on the pitch.

Re: Never mind
That's two one-point losses this time around, again simply piles the importance on being clinical. Even at an unfair advantage we missed out on 11 kickable points, even more if you count a couple of poorly executed drop-goals. This will have to be worked on over the next four years.
Was it a brave display by the fact we played with 14 men for 60 mins or by the performance itself? Because I saw us as clearly on top in the loose and at the breakdown and yet with nothing to show for it, compounded by the missed kicks.
After Warbs went off the game was still winnable, yet we played like we expected to lose. We could be in the final now if we didn't lack that composure.
