These figures are lifted straight from the Ospreys.

They represent the achievements since the regions started.

caps per region: Ospreys=680 or 35.3% of the total
Blues =464 or24.1% "
Scarlets=348 or 18.1% "
Dragons=191 or 9.9% "
Warriors= 86 or 4.5% "

The remainder are spread between the French and English teams.

In addition the number of games played in league and pool games is as follows:

Ospreys...204...won 119, drawn 6, lost 79, tries for 469, tries against 362.
Blues.......204...won 110, drawn 3, lost 91, tries for 476, tries against 398.
Scarlets....204...won 104, drawn 4, lost 96, tries for 491, tries against 475.
Dragons....204...won 88, drawn 3, lost 113, tries for 411, tries against 472.
Given also that the Ospreys have won the Magners three times and the anglo-Welsh once, this surely proves that in, warranted a limited way, the Ospreys are the most successful region to date. angel

That's really interesting actually. To be honest I'm surprised a larger % of caps haven't come from the Ospreys, thinking back to the team that won in 'HQ' back in 2008.
Hopefully (better for Wales and for Os) this might stop now though, with the Turks looking like pulling their weight!

Oh, most successful region? Without a doubt! If you consider our age (8 this year) then we must be one of the most successful young clubs on the planet!
