TMOs
Meant to post this after last weekend but forgot - old age and too many knocks I know.
I was watching highlights of one of the Pro12 games last weekend (can't remember whcich one but something says it was the Scarlets game!!!!) and they crossed the line in a bit of a pile up.
The commentator said there was no TMO available so the ref has to make is own decision. But I found it strange that there was no TMO as I thought it was compulsory now at the top level.
If its not then that in itself is surely wrong as teams playing in a game with a TMO will have advantage over teams in games not involving one.
