Modern Welsh poetry and writing has often reflected the nations love of rugby union. Poetry, Song and Art are a very important part of our culture. I am happy to see this reflected in the WRU.

Ha ha ha...! Thomas was a classic. Almost forgot all about him... There are a few modern writers i enjoy too Eddie Butler has his moments as does Gerald Davies' occasional pieces for the times.

I hope they publish his stuff in the Western Mail. A great rugby writer should satisfy you even though you don't agree with his opinions.
