My 5 Inspiring people are

Miles Hilton-Baber - He gave a motivational speech at my work once, and it was awe inspiring and the most inspirational thing I've heard - he went blind in his 20s, but spurred on by his brother (who also went blind and led a successful life) he sees no barriers to anything he can do. He's flown a light aircraft from Sydney to London, completed most of the major marathons in the world (including the Saharha one) for charity, squba dived to the bottom of the ocean and pushed his parapalygic friend in a wheelchair on the ocean floor. And that's just to start http://www.mileshilton-barber.com/adventurer.html - he's also a really nice, charismatic guy as well.
Richard Parks - 1st person to do the 737 challenge (7 peaks, 3 poles, 7 continents) with minimal support. Awe inspiring.
Mahatma Gandhi - for obvious reasons, and the way he went about changing and improving his nation.
ranulph fiennes - I find it incredible the amount of challenges he's faced and the exhibitions he's been on.
