Is the IRFU doing the right thing by implementing these restrictions on employing NIE players?

Yes, it will definitely benefit the national side and the provinces will still be able to be successful.: 18%; [ 2 ]

Yes but it will probably benefit the national side to the detriment of the provinces.: 27%; [ 3 ]

No, it may help give more depth to the national side but the provinces will suffer it's not worth that price.: 9%; [ 1 ]

No it won't help the national sides or the provinces it these restrictions are brought in.: 45%; [ 5 ]
