I don't see that.. Corbs is likely to be the LH for England for quite a while. I think, in the long run, Murrays refusal to play on Sunday's will count against him.

Re: Newcastle Falcons
When we get end of season bonus cash?
There's around 24m to be made in predo cash alone without end of season cash or player releases.

Not really interested mate. People have commented this week that Mafi/Kennedy is a decent engine room combo and I rate Corbs higher than Murray after the 6N.

I wouldn't do a deal like that mate, I prefer all my players.
What about simply:
Murray + Guest + a HK on loan til end of season
=
Corbs + Hala'ufia
Gives you the Irish 8,9,10 axis.

Brock James and James Short for Corbisiero and Hudson?
Would give you good cover at fly half and wing.

Fair enough Fluxy if that's how you feel. I personally see Brock James as a very acquisition for you who certainly would strength the side.
If you don't feel he is better than any of your current options fair enough.
We'll have agree to disagree

Flux - I think you're in charge of the teamsheets page. Could you do me a favour, I have SOB on foreigns and he will probably be accepted tomorrow as it is the same price as he is accepted before.
I have got my teamsheet in, but am away all weekend, so if SOB gets accepted, which he probably will, can you put him at 6 and Lund on the bench to replace Skirving?
Cheers mucka

Re: Newcastle Falcons
Kubs i'm keeping unless the deal it huge. Availiable all year round, makes my scrum solid and a potential weapon and is relatively young.
In terms of a backrow deal, i was going to make an enquiry to you about that. I'm considering using my last foreign to get a certain All Black openside. Now if i did manage to aquire him it wouldn't make sense for each of us to have half of a flanker pairing, that are a proven combo and work very well together.
The deal would hinge on us deciding who got what combo. And adding a couple of players in either way to ensure the deal was even.
Obviously all very hypothetical at this stage but let me know if its something that interests you (i'm sure Schofield could be worked into it).

Heathcote and the hookers are probably my main target. No real point going for Corbs, as i guess you'll want Franks in return
