O'Neill the new NI manager
I think the IFA have seen M O'Neill on the application and hired him not realising its Michael not Martin
His previous experience has been with Brechin City and Shamrock Rovers not exactly vast experience or at a high level
Maybe the IFA should have stumped up a few quid for a decent manager who can bring something new and exciting to the team

Yeah, but having managed both Brechin & Rovers, he will be managing the same standard of player at NI.............

Hes on 250k a year thats a disgrace for all hes bringing to the table
Surely a quarter of that would have been enough and the rest go into grassroots football. If you look how Ulster Rugby have tapped into the young talent here surely a case can be made for the IFA to do something similar
