My Dad's a Latics fan so I take an interest in them. It looks like they are doomed for the drop this season.

I was all for the appointment of Bobby Martinez at the beginning of the season but now I fear for Wigan. I can see him being manager for a good few years yet with no way Whelan will sack him, regardless of their perilous position. He will spend time building a good side there in the Championship, then hopefully return back to the Premiership in 3 or 4 season much stronger.

Thoughts?

Huge match this weekend against West Ham with the losers surely facing relegation, cant believe this match isnt being shown on TV live instead they've chosen some pointless matches that have no meaning... Sad
