BoxNation Subscriber Numbers
After long talks about whether this will work or not BoxNation is seemingly still here after one month, though they have gone ridiculously quiet on the marketing front, so quiet that I had almost forgotten that they had existed... And I'm a subscriber!!
Does anyone have any idea as to whether they have got enough subscribers for the channel tor un in the long term and does anyone have a clue if they are close to 100K Subscribers or are they tanking badly?
Also does anyone think that BoxNation is working and is it worth the £60 a year, I was all for it when they had so many fantastic fights lined up, however now I feel a bit short changed, looking at the schedule in January I am massively disheartened, they have:
Tony Conquest vs Leon Williams on the 13th then Derry Matthews vs. Emilliano Marsili on the 20th of January.
then no more action all the way until 18th February with Vitali Klitschko against Chisora (Which should be good to be fair) then on the 25th it's Nathan Cleverly versus TBA, which sounds enthralling. Thats £20 for one fight I have a passing interest in. Grr.

It doesn't say so on the website.
I heard because Groves pulled out with injury there wasn't enough interest in Degale fighting a no name fighter (In Britain) for a headline act so the whole fight was cancelled.

What did people really expect, it is Frank Warren.
£60 quid is only a cheap night out though, not really a great deal of money.

I subscribed and what I'd really like is if they could show Cotto-Marg II a bit more often.
Think I've seen it about 15 times now.

They tend to put the fights over the pond on the schedule at the last minute. Remember boxing all over the world has gone pretty quiet as well.

Isn't it just that December/January's usually quite quiet boxing-wise? We've had a couple of big-name bouts this December, but mainly on Sky. I expect things will pick up towards the latter end of next month.
Is there any contract with BoxNation? If not, you could look ahead and pick and choose the months you want to pay for it, no?

You pay £10 a month and it's a contract that runs for six months.

It's not a good deal, maybe for some it doesn't matter because a tenner isn't much for them, but compare that to what you got with Sky and it's a rip off.
