Hi guys,

I got this today in my daily Groupon email and wondered if it may be of interest to any of you?

no point in a one off lesson. So it will cost a lot more as time goes by if the bloke is any good.

and that looks very expensive.

not so much that... but 50 quid is a lot for a video lesson. particularly in that area of the country!

I like chesire... But it's still true that things like golf lessons and the like tend to be more expensive down south. I would have expected something a bit lower up there.

Example. My hour long lessons with video analysis are 40 quid not 50. And that's just on the borders of London

A fine example of some things not coming across clear in written word. I don't believe LJ was being ungrateful for the posting (he will correct me if I'm wrong, I'm sure) Wink

Thanks for the info Hero; LJ may well have a point about it being over expensive (especially as an offer) - but that doesn't mean we aren't appreciative of your efforts for posting it here

Hero

LJ has raised a valid point, as a one-off it sounds like good value but anyone that decides they need further tuition with this guy will be paying over the going rate. My last video lesson (last year in Bournemouth) was £35 so it does seem a bit pricey.

As with almost all deals, they are probably stating a higher price than is usual anyway just to make the discount seem more. I am sure that most people having lessons with this pro will not be paying £50 per hour - it is the recommended retail price or rack rate...

£40 at the Belfry is pretty reasonable given the facilities... I certainly wouldn't pay more where ever i was based.
