Cardiff City- Promotion?

Just wondering what people think of Cardiff City this year? Can they finally get promotion to the Premiership? If they do, will it be automatic qualification, or will they have to go through the playoffs?

When they beat West Ham at the start of the season I think that was mainly because Hammers were poor that day. West Ham have been grinding out the results, often without looking very convincing. I'm hoping that with a reduction in their injury crisis they may do enough to hang in for automatic promotion.

Southampton have been going through a poor patch and have now lost 7 matches. Looks likely that whoever gets automatic promotion slots may well have lower points total than usual. So it could well be Cardiff if they put together a good run.

They'll finish in the play offs at least imo.

I can see them claiming 2nd spot(think West Ham will win it).
Very tough league the championship, always very tight.

Good luck to them, a weekend away in Cardiff to watch Villa, wouldnt mind that.
