Huge blow for Scotland and massive disappointment for Kelly if true - he was in the running for being Scotland captain IMO.

All the best for him and hopefully he has a speedy recovery.

If he is injured then looks like we'll have a Strokosh/Denton combo against England, which is no bad thing I suppose! Would much prefer Kelly in there though.

Well if that is true, huge blow for Scotland. HUGE.

I would be tempted to call up Rambo if that is the case. He was superb today.

It hasn't been confirmed Radge but that's what the chat on Twitter was - Andrew Cotter announced it so you'd think he'd be in the know

Dreadful news if true, a vital part of the Scotland effort and I agree that he had a great shout at the captaincy.

I'd probably go with Ross Ford if Brown is ruled out, and Strokosch must be the clear choice to play 6. He's playing well at the moment and will be full of spirit after the Toulouse victory.

Is the Denton injury long-term do we know? McInally played well today but I'd hoped that this would be the 6 Nations that Denton announces his arrival on the international scene.

Is Denton injured? I was also looking forward to see him play - looks a really great player.

He pulled out last minute today before kick off. He says on Twitter it isn't too bad and he should be fine.

Jeez that is bad... I reckon Ford will get the captaincy and as has been mentioned a back row of Strokosh, Barclay and Denton isn't bad! I'd take that over the English probables of Croft, Robshaw and Morgan!

Stroker isn't playing too badly for the Cherries at present but Brown is a massive loss. Even if it's not broken, I cannot see him being back for this tournament with damage like that.

Mind you, if there's a doctor that I trust to get him there, it's James Robson.

Massive personal blow for him and obviously one for Scotland. When you watch teams whether it be your own side or visitng sides you want to see the best talent on show and he would certainly have been in that category.

If its true then good luck to him and speedy recovery.

+1 The Denton injury is apparently a 'tweak', nothing more
