Ouch my head hurts after a fantastic weekend.

Started off with disappointment as my Region lost at the Brewery Field on Friday but that was made up for in fantastic style yesterday when Ebbw Vale stuffed the big time charlies from Newport 26-13 in the Swalec Cup.

Booooooo! But well done Vale.

I don't know what's going on at Newport RFC. If it wasn't for Tonmawr being awful we'd be relegated. Big time Charlies indeed!
