Dominic Day

Dominic Day has been linked with a move from Scarlets to Bath. Anyone know what he's like?

Pretty decent, he would be a big loss to Scarlets

Who is he? What position, what type of player?

Plays lock forward. Not far off a Welsh cap, I understand. According to The Rugby Paper, we're in talks with him and it seems he's preferred ahead of Tom Palmer, who was touted to link up with Geech again.

Palmer would be a brilliant signing! Didn't realise he was up for grabs. But if Day is near a Wales cap, would he come? At least we wouldn't lose him during 6Ns, as you would expect with Palmer.

Palmer's Stade contract is up this season, but it seems he's likely to rejoin Wasps.

We badly need a fourth lock, and Day is young and probably better value than Palmer.

If Wasps stay up!

Newcastle have to something of Lazarus proportions for Wasps to go down. Sadly, I think more to the point for Wasps is remaining solvent.
