Re: Fantasy European League Homepage™
I am of the opposite view TSC.
What is the point in having a full squad of players with 7 subs, when a team with 2 subs (one of which is a keeper) can win 2-0?
I may as well release all my subs and fringe players to buy a cracking starting 11 and only play with a starting 11.
Judging from the 1st round of predictions I should not be marked down for doing so.

Hodgey, noticed your comment regarding Hunterlaar, have you seen his scoring record this season?
30 in 33 games. He's a machine!

Re: Fantasy European League Homepage™
Yeah but the difference is I had a team of terrible players (for releasing 7+ players I got £10m). I agree with having a strong SQUAD as well as a strong XI but I feel I'm getting penalised for not having a bench when the player I would have on it are terrible anyway.

Re: Fantasy European League Homepage™
Beginning to calculate results now.
I'm using an average score predicted and rounding it up or down to the nearest goal. Then adding an extra goal if one side has four more wins that the other side. Fair?
Can't believe I was the only one who predicted a Spurs win..

I can't believe it's not butter...
Guys why am I getting slated in predos for not too miuch transfer activity?
Surely it's mad to change a winning formula!?
Furthermore, I'm not interested in losing players unless it improves my starting XI anyway.

Get a better DM than de Jong? He's alright but he's a total thug and there are better players out there.

Navas needs improving, he's gash atm and is playing at RB half the time.

Agreed on De Jong. Think Richards is below par in terms of ratings on here so would say him as well.

Torres left out of Spain squad
Richards has been impressive this season - I rate him highly. Am I the only one?

I rate him but he's built like a CB. He's quite quick though.

Re: Fantasy European League Homepage™
He's like Ivanovic. Essentially a CB but plays RB really well. I think he's a great asset to the England side since he can cover two positions at least.

Baines is quality as well but plays on the left. I'd have him ahead of Cashley.
Re: Fantasy European League Homepage™
Is he an LB? Always had him down as a RB. Oops. Did he play at RB for England?

Deals anyone?
Sagna can leave for a similar level RB as he's injured for me for another week.

40 mins into the London Derby I was thinking my players values would be plummeting.
Now I want a premium!

Take note of the mighty Carl Jenkinson putting in a couple of great tackles!

Great entertainment. Cardiff unlucky. The two CB's put in the performance of their lives. Have to say Jordan Henderson is awful as well.

Hey lads, just came on to have a look round.
Good to see it's all going well on here, I have no interest in returning to these games but it's nice to see it.

Alright otw. How's it going? Utd still picking up late winners. Vital one yesterday. Gigs and Scholes scoring. Combined age of 75 or something. Incredible.

Guv, any chance of sorting out a deal before having to post the teams?
Re: Fantasy European League Homepage™
Yeah, going great cheers
Doing much better in other aspects of my life, I think I had a genuine addiction to these games, I definitely took them way too seriously.
United have been good at grinding out those results, it's points like that which make them into the force they are. Giggs and Scholes are incredible players, I reckon Scholes may play next year as well, Giggs will go on for a few more years I reckon.

Good stuff mate. Glad to hear all is well. Keep on touch.
Macclads, apologies for late reply. It's a good offer but I think the hap between the DMs is bigger than the RBs hence my hesitation. I am waiting for pull to get BA k to me which will make my mind up here. In the meantime, go ahead will any other deals you may have lined up with those players.

Re: Fantasy European League Homepage™
How about if I chuck in Callejon? I'm mainly after the deal just so I have better than Jenkinson for RB tbh due to Sagna being injured for me.
