Excellent. That's what I was talking about in terms of North Walians (sp?) [is Gogs an offencive term?] demonstrating their rugby interest. I presume it's televised?

Yes it's being televised and Gog's is not a offencive term well not by me anyway.

Gog is just abbreviated version of the word for northern.
Good team should be a good game.

I know that but there are quite a few examples where shortened words are considered offence. Just wanted to check before using it.
I'm watching the Sale v Worcester game so updates would be appreciated

We have a good 8, and 7 (Dan Thomas was very good last weekend). And am i right in thinking that is Dai Youngs son on the bench? He is a very good up and coming player that can play both sides of the back row. This is what I like to see, more experienced players coming in to strengthen our 2nd team .

Doesnt Park Erias look lovely?
Wouldnt it be nice if the Welsh regions were each made to take 1 game there a season?

Nope, but still eligible. Along with a number of others who have represented their Regions this season, and I know I keep on but WRU must not value our 2nd team to not force a release.

I've seen this Leonard at 10, very good player but was also bad with the boot for his club.

I hope the Wales right wing is better than he was last week, he lost about every ball in contact, he has started the same this week.

Our forwards look pretty handy this year. I'm interested in seeing them tested against the strong England pack.

If you get 3 players who make it to professional rugby from an u20 squad then you have had a good season. I don't read to much into the U20's to be honest.

That's Myhill, Young (both from last years team) and Jones at 8 you are referring to Alyn?

3 in a year? Are you sure about that? Maybe 3 in a year of potential international standards. Otherwise in 10 years you've only got 30 Welsh professional players coming through (baring in mind the U20 are supposed to be the best Welsh players around.

The problem watching S4C, the commentators suffer from verbal diarrhea, constant gabbling for the sake of it. B Williams is like spit the dog.

I was going to say. I know you don't have much strength in depth in wales but 3 professional players a year?
Welsh commentary washes over me. I like it as background sounds. I wish I couldn't understand the Sky commentators.

Well done you Ospreys... Bridgend again... Luke Morgan!
What we gonna do when Shane retires, Tommy Bowe goes home and Niki Walker goes back to Scotland, how about give Morgan and jones a few games!
18-3... starting to get easy now.

Have you ever heard a commentator you've enjoyed listening to? I can't really think of any. I don't mind the ESPN ones because they don't make me want to smash the tele but that's the best I can think of.
What's the score in the U20? (don't need this bit anymore)

Yes the Welsh guy on ITV but I always forget his name, Ieuan Evans and Gareth Edwards are good too.
I also like the Scottish guy on the BBC, but I do feel sad when hes comentating and Scotland are getting well beaten. You could hear the heart break in his voice, when Wales were ripping them to pieces in 2005, it wasnt nice to listen to, though the game was nice to see.

Davies has hell of a kick out of hand, I hope he gets some needed practice with the ball in hand, this Scottish team look poor compared with a well drilled Irish team last week.

Ah dang the Ospreys have fallen behind in Edinburgh, though we dont really look interested at all. 11-8 at half time.

Looks like its going to be 18-3 to Wales at half time in the U20 game.

Alyn;
Good crowd, the pitch is better that the Mill Stadium, the right wing dropped it again, why is he there?

Ieuan Evans has spent too much time with sky and talk gibberish (not quite Butler level gibberish but close). I'm just not sure what purpose the commentators are suppose to fulfil.
I don't care what people say about the quality of the premiership. This Sale v Worcester game is thrilling.

Lets be fair it's febuary and its probably the first time that pitch has been played on this season!
Lets see it this time next season when a load of welsh premiership games have been played on it!

that ground in North Wales should become the permanent home ground of the U20s, especially as they dont have a region based up there

A bit negative going for goal when Wales have a decent lead, they need the practice moving the ball.

It looks as though Edinburgh may win the Ospeys game too, 8 mins left camped on the Ospreys line, the score 14-15 to the Ospreys, tense stuff.
