This weekend Div 1 fixtures
Cork v Down
Donegal v Laois
Kerry v Armagh
Mayo v Dublin
Four home wins.
I expect Down to be a lot closer to Cork than last summer shambles in Croke. Cork were abysmal last Sunday in Armagh. Down have succumbed to the 12 defenders principle.
Donegal to strangle the poor midlanders.
On last week form Kerry to stuff Armagh in Tralee.
Dubs two games no points.

Cork were poor from what I saw on Sunday, appearing to go to an incredibly negative gameplan. Kerrigan's sending off was a joke though. They were lucky not to lose.

Re: This weekend Div 1 fixtures
Surely it's time for Tomas O'Se to be given an ultimatium by Jack O'Connor?
If he hadn't got his ultimatium after his sending off last year against clare or his repeated assaults against Limerick a couple of years back......
When is enough enough?
Kerry people any thoughts??

A liability? The best wing back the game has ever seen. Are you serious? I thought it was a soft enough sending off. If he had a Tyrone shirt on he would'nt even have gotten a warning.

Ah, the Kerry obsession with Tyrone. They beat ye 3 times in the 00's deal with it. THEY WERE BETTER FOOTBALLERS.........................
I would say he was one of the best, but his discipline issues mean he can't be regarded as THE best.......................
Maybe the dirtiest wing back along with Colm Coyle though!!!

John, your knowledge of football must be fairly low if you think Tyrone were better footballers than Kerry. Tyrone have their own ways of winning and it has nothing to do with talented footballers. Don't worry I am over the losses. My point was the disciplining of some counties as opposed to others. Cork had Kerrigan sent off last week for virtually nothing yet mass brawls break out frequently in other counties with no sanctions. There seems to be double standards. You also show your lack of knowledge when you call him the dirtiest. Because he is so good he is receiving special attention and getting hit hard. He is bound to react at times.

AKA,
Good to hear from you again.
What was he reacting to when he stiff armed Stephen Kelly ?
With O'Se it's always hit first and ask questions later, a bit like Darragh.........
Yeah, Tyrone were really sneaky with all that fitness stuff, blocking down, defending well kicking thae ball over the bar, all those snidey methods........

You forgot the Puke Football, pulling, dragging, sledging, hitting below the belt, blind refs etc.... yes really classy stuff.

AKA,
It's very early in the year for this!!
Agree with you on the blind refs : Remember Tomas at the 2010 Munster Football Final and Tadgh Keneally at the 2009 All Ireland Football Final.
The top brass in the GAA were also "blind" when Tadhg brought his book out.......................
