Youngs talks about his drop in form
Can't see a prior post on this so: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/rugby-union/17065789
Pretty honest of him, and more mature than I expected. It makes me feel good on several levels:
a) Lancaster seems to be identifying a potential problem and dealing with it in an inclusive, honest and supportive manner
b) Youngs understands he is not at his best, has ideas and motivation on how to change that
c) Dickson could well start and if he doesn't I now trust Youngs a bit more to try and improve by changing things
