The 606v2 Euro Division - Page 14 Empty The 606v2 Euro Division

Post by ADMIN Fri Feb 24, 2012 10:54 am

First topic message reminder :

Domestic transfers are now available!

Welcome to the 606v2 Euro Division

Where this will be different to the existing leagues is that the sides involved are entirely made up.
You don't inherit a pre-made European side.

Instead you make your own.
You would initially start with £150m with which to buy a MINIMUM of 15 players and a MAXIMUM of 23 players.
The prices for these players are determined entirely through the transfermarkt website.

http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/en/

But here's where it gets interesting...the prices that are used on transfermarkt are the minimum you can bid, because other people in the league may also want the same person, so do you risk bidding the flat fee or do you bid more (increased bids have to be a minimum £500k more), the other point of note at this stage is that the maximum value player you can bid on is £15m (though you can choose to bid more than the £15m to get the player)

You then get an ADDITIONAL £50m with which to purchase upto 2 STAR players (min 1), though the maximum you can spend on 1 player is £35m.
This will then result in you having a team of a minimum of 16 players and maximum of 25 players.
You then have to name the team, give it a location where they play their home games and send this via PM to myself and Sodhat before the cut off point (to be decided).
Results of who got which player will then be announced and for those that lost out on players due to being outbid, a second chance is available to acquire players before the league starts, and third etc if needed.

Number of leagues is dependent upon how many players participate.

Foreign transfers.
As the only deciding factor for selling a player is cash then there shouldn't be wrangles over if a TP is accepted or not, if you have the cash you can buy!
TPs though will only go through once a week on a Sunday night for the week ahead.
Max transfer value for bringing in a player from foreign transfers is £15m in Season 1.
You can only make 2 foreign transfers per week.

Domestic transfers
Players can move only twice between domestic clubs per season, once they have moved twice you will have to wait until the following season to sell to another domestic club.
They can though be released or sold to an outside club.

For anyone that joins the league after it begins then the following rule applies for the first two weeks:
Transfers between 2 domestic clubs must be within 20% of each other in total monetary value. So for example if Team A wish to buy a player from Team B worth £10m then they must offer between £8-£12m in player/cash value.
Note that once 2 weeks have passed then the manager is allowed to but and sell as they please but this rule is in place to combat the usual bombardment of silly offers that litter the new managers page.

Injuries
Injuries shall be announced once per week on a Sunday night, they shall consist of 2 players, one based from the team picked for the previous weeks game and one from the entire squad.

Tactics

Each week you shall play 1 game, either league or cup (no more than one game per week though), tactics for this game shall consist of a team sheet, injuries for your team, if your team is home or away and a maximum of 15 bullet point lines worth of team instructions.
As well as the tactical instructions you are allowed 2 extra lines of a team talk to motivate your players, show your worth not just for tactics but how you build players up for the game!

Cash

Each week you receive 2m for a win, 1m for a draw, zilch for a loss.
You also receive an extra £2m per week for ensuring your tactics are handed in on time and you've voted on the results.
Each week there shall be a £1m cash bonus to the team voted best tactics.

Hopefully this is enough to entice to sign up! If you have any further questions then please do not hesitate to ask and I look forward to seeing your team sheets!

Spurs showing that they really are wasteman clows I knew they would never win the league watch them bottle it and just hang on to 4th place.

If I was an Arsenal fan I would be really annoyed that they went 2-0 down ok they came back but it shows the vunrebility at the back.

United wow Giggs and Scholes still doing it, I think they they sold their souls to the devil you can't perform and score goals like this. I said as long as United are three points behind Man City end of Feb we have a great chance of winning it.

Liverpool lol they won the cup but Cardiff won the heart of Football I wouldn't be acting badass like the Liverpool fans have been.

Make me an offer VivaStarr

So what did everyone think to the football over the weekend?
Wolves did well to get a point, Terry Connor is now King lol.
Man United doing their usual.
Arsenal are still rubbish, Walcott is still poop, one decent game dont make you quality.
Liverpool were lucky, Cardiff bottled it big style.

Makes me laugh with Liverpool, celebrating like they've just won the league. They scraped past a Championship club on penalties to win the League Cup.

Arsenal fans will take a look at the result and start getting overly positive again. Until they start keeping clean sheets then they are going to continue to struggle. I loved Walcott's second goal; he nearly tripped up over the ball Laugh

Other football news related to me.....Sheffield United should have beaten Wednesday and Megson (the "hoof and hope" manager) is a very lucky man.

Ebbsfleet lost 2-1 to Southport. The ref was an idiot...gave three penalties that never were (and one in the 89th minute). We saved one of them. Game kicked off at 2pm because the floodlights weren't working because some thieves had stole cables Laugh

Arsenal and Liverpool fans are idiots. Gettin too over confident on twitter yday, started going on like they are the best teams in the world.

Arsenal are still poo. Walcott is poo, you will see this next match(es) I can pretty much guarantee it.

Liverpool were very lucky IMO. Cardiff bottled it hardcore. Liverpool looked poor IMO. But they have secured themselves Chan 5 football next season so now they dont need to worry about where they finish in the league and can put everything into the FA Cup. I can see Kenny being a Cup Man as they cant win the league and wont be able to for some time.

I'll keep the cash then rather than bid again for someone else.
After a couple of weeks of tactics/votes/results I'll have a nice little kitty for a decent TP.

Yeah we seem to be lacking the "banter" from the FFA. I'll get the ball rolling shall I?

Walcott = The Best Player Ever. Discuss.
Anything related to Spurs defence.
Why Ian Wright has aged horribly. Seems to be the way with bald people. They age worse than the haired variety.

Good time to get some of the Spurs defenders after yesterdays performance I reckon.

What happened across Europe over the weekend, not been up to speed with it this weekend apart from Ronaldo's beauty of a goal.

Cause Furious was a proper badman league full of proper bad man league runners and managers with proper sick heavy talk you will never find a league like Furious again.

Walcott's development is rather like a flatline on a heart monitor (ironic as to what a flatline actually means as well).

It was mentioned in the game that Walcott's game is missing consistancy. That is true, but what also was mentioned that even though he is 22, he is an experienced player. And too many of his final balls are lacking of any quality. He has the speed but it only gets him so far.

At this stage Oxlade-Chamberlain>Walcott

Yeah Inter are on a downward slope. I might have read they've lost 7 out of their last 8 but I think that's wrong.

Shhh Viva, that's quite painful to me Cry Our cup game is the BBB derby. And you're going down!!

Edit: I thought you had BBB but it was actually Vertonghen you had and not him. Who has BBB?

There you go. they made a loss in the same period in 2010. Only made a profit this time due to player sales.
RVP will be sold in the summer to ensure they keep making profit.

I have absolutely no doubts they will sell RVP. It's the same as Fabregas. "Under no circumstances we will sell Cesc. Oh, money!"

I know Nick, if they don't finish fourth I expect RVP and maybe a couple others to leave. Szceszny and Walcott??

Walcott should be old anyway, he would do well at Newcastle/Everton etc, hes not a top team player.

Walcott to Bolton maybe. Chesney is actually ok by Arsenal standards. Wouldn't put it past him to move to Barca maybe? The Ox will go too and maybe Vermaelen.

Later nick!
