P4P WBC Champ hammered in Thailand

Noticed Pongasaklek was in a few P4P lists of everyone on here over the last coupe of weeks.

At 34 he is pretty ancient by flyweight standards. I've got to admit I'd never even heard of Sonny Boy Jaro.

I saw the fight and Pongasaklek just got overpowered. The knockout was pretty brutal and I thought the ref could have stepped in earlier. Mind you at times Pongasaklek was making the challenger look a bit silly.

I think its been mentioned a few times Wonjongkam is on the slide also. Still a bit of a suprise to most.

Looks to be finished now.

The skill looks to still be there but the punch resistance seems to be on the wane.

After watching the video he still has speed and ability, but Jaro was literally smiling at his shots and everything he landed looked lik it shook Pongsaklek up.

Just before the finish it looked like Jaro went to touch gloves, then caught Pongsaklek off guard. Didn't change the result, but it was a bit dirty. I guess the ref didn't want to step in early purely because a champion of Wonjongkam's standing should sometimes get the benefit of the doubt.
