What do you think the likely outcome of this match is going to be?
Re: Wales vs England
Ive gone for England to win by one goal.
Although it wont be a classic from Englands point of view, i think they will just scrape it.

Well i think England will secure all three points with either a 2 or 3-0 victory. I'll go for three, but I wouldn't be surprised if Wales fight hard and cause us some trouble.

Re: Wales vs England
I think it'll be tight for a while but England will have too much for Wales in the latter stages and win by a couple of goals.

Re: Wales vs England
I would love for Gary Speed to get a victory in his first competitive game.
If we had Bale playing, I think we might have had a chance - without him, the team looks low on quality.
Still went for the draw though as I hope England have one of those off days, they tend to have now and again.

Re: Wales vs England
Glad to hear Wilshere starting in the middle and it looks like Rooney/Bent upfront to try and cause Wales some problems. I went for 2 or more goal victory. I think Wales will be able to hold off for a while, but hopefully in the second half England can kick it up a gear.

Re: Wales vs England
Although Wales are without Gareth Bale, I suspect Aaron Ramsey to cause us a bit of trouble. He'd been out for a long time with an injury and then been on loan at lower level club, so he could essentially be Wales' 'x-factor'. Before having his leg snapped by Ryan Shawcross, Ramsey was just finding his position in the Arsenal squad. Now Arsenal have Wilshere, but Ramsey was looking to be the replacement for Fabregas when he moves on.
Perhaps the battle between Ramsey and Wilshere today could be vital towards the final outcome

Re: Wales vs England
I hope Capello sticks Parker next to Wilshere for this game; would allow Wilshere a little more freedom and Parker to try and stop Ramsey coming forward.
Out of interest, how would everyone line us (England) up today?
Hart
Walker - Terry - Jageilka - Baines
Lennon - Wilshere - Parker - Young
Rooney - Bent
Walker and Baines have both played well so far this season and deserve a chance, and I'd throw on Carroll and Jarvis on late in the second half if there is no breakthrough and start pinging balls in the box for him.

Really looking forward to seeing these two tussle today. It'll be an old-fashioned donnybrook and I expect at least one of them to be wearing a crimson mask come the final whistle. Well, maybe a slight exaggeration on the crimson mask!

Re: Wales vs England
They are both at Arsenal together (Ramsey having recently returned from a loan), both central midfielders. I'm sure Arsene Wenger will be watching this match very closely!

Re: Wales vs England
Gareth Bale would have been the only worry for England today and is missing, so England should come away with all three points the easier or the harder way. They've got too much for Wales in all departments and they've got more to worry over whether a few key players of their own don't hit the heights today.
But it's already 2-0 up for them and I can't see a way back for Wales into this. Darren Bent has scored again, as a matter of fact, to show how much he has gained in conficence now the goals are coming on all fronts. I'm so glad for him!

Re: Wales vs England
bale isnt playing!
Wales have looked better in the last 10mins but still poor.
I like the look of crofts - bit of niggle about him. James collins looks lost though.
