Arsenal's lack of strength in depth cost them, but great effort.

He is a very good player done really well when he was at Inter with Juve and has been good with Milan, I agree he is not the same player in Seria A compared to Europe but still a very good player.

In a way a 2-0 win would have been better. A 2-0 win would have meant pride was restored and they could say they lost it in the first leg. 3-0 meant they were so close (especially being 3-0 up at half time) but are now thinking they blew the chance.

Shame the Gooners couldn't kick on and get a couple more in the second half. I was expecting another 5-goal thriller, like the Spurs game.

Even though Arsenal gave themselves a near-impossible job after the first leg, they got off to such a great start that they really ought to have at least taken it to extra time.

Still, if it means they kick on and start playing how they used to and secure 4th place again, that will be some sort of achievement.
