I told you about Cork hurlers last week. they are going to take a big scalp this year, which is great, so long as it's not Tipps. Horrah we won yesterday. I'm really annoyed at RTE. The double bill at Croker was televised live and was shown again on League Sunday and on all the sports bulletins in between. No other hurling game was shown.

Dub footballers look good. Diarmuid Connolly is a way better player than either of the Brogan brothers. Glad to see Donegal hammered by Kerry. Business as usual so.

Is it me, or are the referees shocking in both codes so far.

Did the real Cork team appear against Laois or was it another poor defence.

Have to say Armagh were absolutely brutal and the dubs real level will only become apparent when they play one of the better teams in Division 1 (do not count Down this Sunday as one of the real tests).

I think the Dubs must have been looking at Celtic before heading in.

The Cork Hurlers have a long long way to go to take a scalp in the Championship. That is a game they'd have lost for the last couple of years. The young lads showed really well to get us over the line.

Well I'm nearly hoarse that shower in red and black. Last home against Kerry they had no clue. In two weeks they beat Mayo away and today out muscle out psyche and outplay the dubs.
Two away games to Armagh and Laois and we could have a day out in Croker and it will be only April.

Irish News says McKeever was the focal point of the abuse. There is a bit of a short fuse there. My question would be what sanction is former Armagh team mate and current Laois manager Justin McNulty taking against his player. Conspiracy theory would Justin know exactly what winds McKeever clock.
