Cheltenham...win,lose or draw?
Well, the frenetic, electric, pulsing four days of the Festival are over and the most important of questions is about to be asked.....profit,loss or levels?
If id followed the ones i put up on the daily previews my record would read
26 runners
7 winners@5/6,9/4,4/1,14/1,7/2,5/6 and 7/1.
Level stake betting would have yielded
26 points bet
32.5 points return.
Any profit here is good profit.
In real terms i ended slightly down, smallish wins on Finians and Brindisi were offset by a decent wager on Long Run.

Re: Cheltenham...win,lose or draw?
I had six winners from my preview selections. My week was probably best described as a 0-0 draw.
Friday was my worst day of the week. Alfie Sherrin and Son Of Flicka helped me get my money back.

Had a good week with 9 winners in all and a good few near misses. Only problem was a few of those winners weren't my main fancies in their races and had more money on others who did nothing.
Sizing Europe and Long Run wins would have made it an awesome week but cleaned up in the World Hurdle and finished up in profit so cant complain.

Large bet on Darlan on the first race, got all my money back thanks to ladbrokes offer (if 2nd money back).
Some piddly bets the rest of the week.
Then on Friday, lumped on Synchronised.
Win,Win,Win.
