Savon could have passed his on to either Solis or Chagaev I believe which would have found its way back to one of the Klitschkos.

Think it ends up with Islam Timurziev Manos, Chagaevs wins over Savon was scrubbed from the books while Solis went on to lose at amateur after his victory.
