What music do we all use when we are exercising? I am a boxer so with most of my training geared towards boxing I have the likes of 'Till I Collapse' 'Heart of a Champion' 'Can't be touched' 'You ain't stopping', 'Remember the Name' etc. What do others listen to?

I was a sprinter so generally had high tempo dance stuff on. Last tune before every race was Chemical Brothers Block Rockin Beats

I often revisit my (mis-spent) youth and early 20's and listen to what is now old school hardcore and techno music when exercising, usually either jogging or on the treadmill (dependent on weather) or the elliptical (cross trainer).

Probably my favorite is a DJ Clarkee set from Helter Skelter in 1995 but I have hundreds I swap between. I'm too old now to listen to them unless I'm working out and often wonder how the hell I used to listen to that type of music 24/7 at the time.

Erm...I don't really exercise other than walking everywhere and I tend to listen to whatever I fancy on the day. Certain music does make me walk faster - although I walk really fast anyway according to some of my associates Rolling Eyes

I just put on the radio, change the channel every now and then but usually it's more current stuff. I tend not to focus on the music though and focus on putting the work in.
