I agree he can promo, he can wrestle and he could be a major star. I just can't see it happening as I like so many others just don't warm to him for some reason. Maybe it is something as stupid as hair colour or maybe it is just he isn't quite good enough.

William Regal is the best thing about NXT at the moment.

I'd say that the crowd were dead during that promo, but half the time in WWE, the crowd would be dead if Shawn Michaels came out of retirement to fight CM Punk.

The crowd is always dead at NXT. It's the warm up act.

Slater got a great heel reception at Smackdown Live last week.

It's a good promo, but he'll always be held back for being ginger.

It's the moments where he's being cocky in that promo (and others) where I see his potential. He has to develop it, and has to be given the chance to develop it. But hopefully, if WWE give Slater vs Flo Rida the go ahead, he will get that chance. An extremely cocky heel is missing IMO
