I'm planning on doing U21 standalone drafts/bids...

I like the idea of u21 bids its good fun trying to find the next star. Think its better as an occasional thing instead of every season though as it would wipe out the foreign base quickly. If your having u21 bids on top of foreign signings there will be no one of note left to buy
Also just dont see where having a limit on playing them will help level the league out mate. In the end it just favours the better academies.

I don't think a draft is the right way to go for U21. Maybe a system like foreigns but open it up, when we close the foreign transfer window?
That way we can allow people to buy in talent midway through the season to compliment their team.

Thoughts on the following:
1. Next season 1/2 point for win rather than 1 (make results closer)
2. Ways to even up league in close season
a- Cash injection (more for lower teams)
b- Draft of players
3. U21 bids, would people prefer a draft of players to save budgets?
4. As English is staying at 4 in team and 8 in squad, how about having to name a number of U21 players in starting lineup (English or foreign)?
Thoughts welcome, this is our league so looking to keep things going and hopefully last as long as Orig AP. I just want to keep things competitve and not make it into an all stars game
1. Absolutely. As you know we are going to that system on the other game as well next season.
2. I'd go cash over draft to be honest, think it tends to be a bit fairer and gives people more scope to mould their squad as they would like.
3. Again, I would go with bids.
4. I tend to agree with SJE on this one, long term it will simply benefit those who have strong academies in real life and constantly churn out good young talent, and I say that as someone who is charge of a club with an excellent academy that is currently supplying a large number of England players at U20, U18 and U16.

Bit of a pain in the bum really.
Anyone seen that Ched Evans has been found guilty of rap e? He'll be back out in 3 years playing football again - sickens me.

It's just been describing it on SSN and it sounds like this
- Evans chats up a drunk bird and goes back to hers with his 2 mates
- The girl is clearly too drunk and does not give CE consent and he he takes advantage of this and has sex with her.
- CE two mates film this and it has been used as evidence
- Chad Evans is given a 5 year sentance on the basis that she was too drunk and didn't give consent

I think London Irish have done well to get rid of Hape.
London Irish do really seem to struggle at fly half for whatever reason. It's bizarre.
Why not delve into the Championship pool for some gems?

Depends, where Worcs play Kvesic. Seeing as Horstmann was released I've got a feeling they'll play him at 8. But for England's hopes I wish they play him at seven!

I'd be hoping for Payne to be fit more mate. 13 such a crucial attacking position and Farrell v.strong defensively, but offers nothing in attack. Maybe consider AAC at 13?

Not to slate your move for Farrell Drive, but would think that Faz will be playing more ten from now on. He's playing ten tonight against Falcons.

I hope Payne gets fit as he is such a silky player , would walk into most teams. I suppose the advantage of signing AAC is that he can play anywhere.
