Wrestlemania Moments

At long last the grand daddy of them all is just around the corner.
The beer is chilling the fridge, the munchies are stocked up, Monday is booked off work - Its Wrestlemania Baby!!!!!

To get us in the mood for Mania i though we could post our favourite Mania moments from times gone by.

From the great, to the poor.
From the extreme, to the lame.
From the "This is awesome" to the "you suck"
Whether good or bad, what single moments have stood out for you?

The worst moment in wrestlemania history has to be the kid rock concert. Poeple wanted to watch wrestling not a rock concert!

Agreed! As for the best, I think it HAS to be Hogan bodyslamming Andre, although from a personal viewpoint, 'Taker returning at 'Mania 20 was amazing because I was 12 and that was the first WrestleMania I'd been allowed to stay up to watch!

The iconic nose to chin staredown between Hogan & Andre, The Warrior standing in the ring holding both titles aloft at WM6, Savage and Elizabeth reconcilling at WM7, HBK dropping to his knees fist pumping with the title round his waist at WM12, Rock/Hogan staredown at the start of their match at 18 and Hogans turn at the end, Austins blood soaked face at WM13

For me it's Shawn Michaels v Ric Flair.

Even though Flair ruined his send off by not calling it a day, I remember the emotion at the time watching a legend of the business retire and any time I see a replay of HBK apologising before hitting Sweet Chin Music I remember how I felt.

Worst, the Bret Hart/Vince Mcmahon match, the reasons behind the
match understandable, just horrable to watch, and went on far to long.

My favourite Wrestlemania moment has to be Chris Benoit v Triple H v HBK. I was a massive Chris Benoit even after all his home issues I have stayed loyal to someone who was a fantastic wrestler. It was great to see him finally win the big one and what a match to do it in!

My new favourite moment is Mike Chioda taking an unprotected chair shot to the head from Stone Cold, WM XV

I saw that on Smackdown too, I miss the Attitude era. Maybe i'll write an article stating the Attitude era is better and that Cena sucks.
