To be fair, QPR fighting relegation needing a result to stay up on the last day wont be easy at all.

Yeah the next two games for City, how did those two clubs do in their last games at the weekend.

One lost 4-0 to Wigan, one lost 6-1 to Chelsea, not holding much hope.

I remember in 2010 (?) Wigan went to Chelsea and Martinez said "we'll give them a fight". It finished 9-0

Morning

I'm never giving up the fight still two games left hopefully they slip up on one and we take advantage of it.

I hope it's not true about Fletcher, I was just saying yesterday how much we missed him this season.

Exercise > Dieting.

If you want to lose weight, stick to 3 meals a day with no snacking, doesn't have to be rabbit food and Slim Fast, and get regular exercise. I hate running but i'm ok cycling, so what I did was use my wife's exercise bike daily during a specific TV program for it's duration.

That's fallen away for me, so I just drink beer, eat pizzas and remain happy.

I lost 2 stone in a month once by just eating porridge every day.

Simply put though, ensure you have a breakfast, eat little but often so your stomach is constantly in the process of digesting the food rather than large amounts that just sit in your stomach for hours.
Cut out as much carbs as you can as these bloat you, eat lots of fibre.

I think Gastroenteritis is a bit extreme I only need to shed a couple of pounds to fit into a suit. Hopefully I can start to exercise soon, jogging but I probably get tired after 5 minutes. How about walking to start off?

I want the suit to be slightly fitted the size above is too baggy.

Nothing out of the ordinary no, but it was literally just porridge for every single meal for an entire month, not even with milk or sugar, just water and salt ( no I was not in a high grade prison or from a Dicken's novel)

Yes, they already have the best players, their team will continue to gel further and they'll be able to outbid any other team in the league for any player that looks quality.

I've always said winning the title is hard enough but for a club to win it twice in a row is a mark of a great team. Like the Chelsea team under Mourinho, if Man City win the title I will clap them and IF they can defend the trophy like United and Chelsea have done I will respect them as club who mean business. If us or another club take the title next season then I think we'll be having diffrent winners.
