F1 Fantasy Game

Hey guys,
Had an idea of an F1 Fantasy game where you own a team, get a budget and have drivers etc. Not sure exactly how it could work but would be some element of strategy in races, i.e. the tyre choices, qualifying, and so on. Open to suggestions on how it could work but yeah, if you're an F1 fan then come have a look. Wouldn't require much activity, races every other weekend.

Ideas:

100m Budget
Drivers salary up to 25m per season. More talented drivers can get more out of a car and win the races.
Attributes
Top Speed
Acceleration
Braking
Aerodynamics
Downforce
These can be upgraded at a set cost to a maximum of level five. Depending on how you have your car set up, different set-ups will be more suited to different tracks and this can be mentioned in race strategy,
Strategy should cover:
Driver's aggression
Pit stops
Tyre choices
Type of circuit-how car is suited.
They're just rough ideas, any more suggestions let me know

What about if we each ran a team rather than one driver?

That was my idea. I wouldn't be able to run it now anyway with my realistic league going, sorry.
