Don't think so, am surprised they didn't do a bit more on Bute though. Good ep. Nice insight into Froch's mind and McCracken's personality. Very humble guy and seems to be well aware of what Froch has to try and do if he is o have any hope of winning this one.

if Froch was last night then Bute is tonight, ringside special tomorrow and big combi build up friday.

its a lot of hype but this is the first fight for a long time that should justify it.

Nice one - well worth a build up this.

Watched this one yesterday and the bonus of the show has to Froch's missus.

she certainly is smoking.

Bute one is tonight at 7pm which should be interesting supposedly Bute has been training with recordings of Froch fans playing in the background to get him use to it. Very strange if you ask me but each to their own and all that.

Who outside of hardcore boxing fans know of Froch? That's a shame because he is good, even though Bute will spank him in his own backyard.

I'd like to see Froch spank the Bute also. But it should be fun watching Bute get slapped. A good fist in the right place should do the trick.

Even as a Welshman, Cleverly fan and Froch hater I gotta admit that Clev has little chance against Froch at the moment as Froch has far more experience and fought at a totally higher level. It would go the distance either way (neither is exactly a knockout king) but Froch would get a UD victory in my opinion

Agreed. Clev's chin would hold up well. UD either way, prob Froch.

Very balanced there, Steffan. What's more, Cleverly can't even draw on the experience of his tough upbringing to help him grind out a tough, hard-earned decision in that one either, as that's another area where Froch trumps him, as you know!

Would be tempted to call it the same, a tight UD to Froch with experience showing ahead of Clev's better workrate.

Would be a terrific tear-up tho, two good chins, both like a scrap and neither have 1 punch ko power!

I reckon Clev would beat Froch. The fight would presumably be at LHW. Plus Clev has a solid chin, comfy at the weight and a very high work rate. Plus Carl has been in a lot of tough fights and is probably on the slide now.

Fighting the streets of south Wales (which Clev used to do as a teenager) aint got nothing on growing up in Nottingham Ghetto where the men are tough and the bikes aint safe...

Possibly. Will be interesting to see how Froch performs in this fight now. If he looks a bit shot then Clev should take the fight and get the name on the record plus Froch gets a pay day

I would like to see Froch Kess II in Notts tbh. If Froch loses to Bute but doesn't get totally spanked, then he might be able to get it, and if he wins he can have any fight he likes, presuming he gets out of the Bute rematch.

If Froch loses this fight there is no where else for him to go to be honest. He would of lost to Ward/Bute (Top 2 IMO) so there's no shame in that. If he wants to grind out any pay days then Kessler/Clev/Bute (rematch) could be possible avenues.
